For those contributing on a recurring monthly basis, you will receive access to a donor portal via email. This portal allows you to manage and, if necessary, cancel your monthly contributions. Please note that changes to your donation preferences will be effective from the next billing cycle following your request.

Transparency and Accountability:

We believe in transparency and will provide regular updates on how your contributions are being utilised. We encourage supporters of our campaigns to stay informed through our website and regular communications.

Supporter Acknowledgement:

Your support is invaluable, and while it does not confer any decision-making rights or privileges in the campaign operations, it plays a crucial role in our collective success.

Non-Refundable Payments:

Please be aware that all payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage supporters to consider their contributions thoughtfully.

What we do promise is that your donations will be put to good use, hiring necessary skills and covering expenses to give us the best chance of success. Should there be funds left after campaign expenses, they will be directed towards our operational costs, ensuring we continue to fight for the causes that matter to our community.

By subscribing to any of Lobby for Good's (LFG) monthly membership tiers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Nature of Contribution: Your monthly contribution is voluntary to support our lobbying efforts. It is not an investment, nor does it provide any financial returns or equity.
No Additional Perks: Membership contributions are purely for the support of our cause. There are no tangible benefits, services, or goods provided in exchange for your donation, beyond the intrinsic value of supporting our mission.
Use of Funds: While we endeavor to use funds as described per tier, we reserve the right to allocate funds as needed to best serve our mission. Your contribution may support general expenses, operational costs, or specific projects at our discretion.

No Endorsement of Political Candidates: We are a non-partisan entity and do not endorse specific political candidates or parties.
Age and Legal Capacity: Members must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
Compliance with Laws: All activities conducted with your contributions will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: Our organization is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your membership, beyond the amount of your monthly contribution.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by New Zealand law.
